With your explicit consent, we collect anonymous usage data to help us improve Liuer. You can enable or disable this at any time in Liuer Settings > General > Send Anonymous Usage Data. We never collect your search keywords, search results, file names, file paths, or file content.

  • Search type (file name search or content search)
  • Number of keyword terms used in a search
  • File type, extension, date range, size, and path filter usage
  • App launch events and license activation events
  • Application version and operating system version

Service Provider: We use PostHog as our analytics service provider. Data is stored on EU-based servers.

Opt-out: You can disable usage data collection at any time in Liuer Settings → General → Send Anonymous Usage Data. When disabled, no data is sent from your device.

2. How We Use Collected Information

We only use the collected error information for the following purposes:

  • Identify and fix errors and problems in the application
  • Improve the stability and performance of the application
  • Develop new features and services to enhance user experience

Important Note: We will not use any collected information for advertising purposes, nor will we share your information with any third party.

3. Information Storage and Protection

We take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your information security:

  • All error information is transmitted and stored in encrypted form
  • Our servers adopt strict security measures to prevent unauthorized access
  • We regularly review information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access and use
  • Error information is only retained for a necessary period of time, after which it will be automatically deleted
